Do you charge a design fee?
No, our design consultations and home surveys are no obligation and free of charge. Plans and proposals remain property of Surrey Interiors until an order is placed and the deposit is paid.
How long has Surrey Interiors been established?

Surrey Interiors was established in 1994, originally selling kitchens, then Bathrooms.
We were asked by clients to undertake Building projects during their renovations and evolved into the all round experts we are today.
What is the process?

The first step is to visit our showroom or arrange a home consultation service to look at our range of kitchens & Bathrooms on offer. If you have plans for an extension, we will invite you to meet with one of our designers at our showroom to discuss your project.
Our designer will then take all the information discussed, along with measurements of your space, and put together a proposed design to meet your requirements. They would then present the design to you at a presentation meeting back at our showroom.
Do you provide a Building & Renovation service ?

Yes, we offer a complete, fully project managed Building service. Including structural work with our established team, some of our team have been with us for over 27 years!

Our team consists of Builders , plasterers ,electricians, plumbers, carpenters, Decorators ,tilers & flooring specialists. All our installers have the appropriate qualifications for work being carried out, including Building work, which will be carried out to local authority Building control guidelines.
On completion you will receive the appropriate certificates for the work, where required.

What if I need an Architect ?

We have worked for many years on various projects which require planning consent with Aspects Architectural Services.
What about Flooring?

We have a range of floor coverings for all rooms of the house, including Karndean,V4 wood flooring, ceramic tiles & carpet.
Can you just supply the Kitchen & Bathroom?

Yes, we are happy to offer a ‘supply-only’ order. However, we do always recommend that you use our installers, as they are experts at fitting all the products we supply. When having your project installed by us, you also then benefit from our in-house project coordination service.
Should the floor be installed before the kitchen?

This would depend on the type of flooring you’re having installed. Please speak to your design team who will be able to advise you.
What happens to all the Rubbish?

On all our projects we have a skip or if access for a skip is difficult the rubbish is removed by rubbish truck.
How much will a kitchen, bathroom or building work cost?

This is dependent on the style, worktops, appliances, how much installation is involved. We have a very large range of options which can meet a wide range of budgets.

For bathrooms, this varies depending on if you want a Bath, separate shower, fully tiled, half tiled and how much installation is included.

Building works are dependent on each individual client’s requirements.

Do your kitchens & Bathrooms come with a guarantee? How long is the warranty?

Yes. The kitchen cabinets come with a 20-year manufacturing guarantee. All other items in the kitchen such as sink, appliances, tap, worktops have different warranties which we can advise you on.
The Bathroom items come with a 15 year guarantee which does vary between manufacturers.
What worktops do you supply?

We supply a variety of worktops including CRL quartz Silestone, Granite, Laminate and Wood. All our quartz and Granite worktops are professionally templated prior to installation.
Which kitchen appliances do you supply?
We supply a wide range of kitchen appliances at competitive prices. Manufacturers including Neff, Bosch, Quooker, Siemens, Elica, Franke.
Which Bathroom & tile manufactures do you supply
We supply from well renowned Bathroom companies such as Crosswater,Burlington,Britton Clearwater Baths, Mereway fitted furniture & Minoli tiles.
Where are your Kitchens manufactured?
Sheraton kitchens are manufactured to order at their purpose-built factory in Yorkshire.
What accreditations do you have?

Payment ?
With all our projects we ask for a deposit which enables us to order the relevant goods, skips and organise the team. We then ask for an interim when the goods arrive on site & when the project is halfway through. Then a final payment on completion.
For building projects, after the initial deposit, we ask for stage payments through the project.
Additional works, these will be invoiced separately from the main project.
Cleaning ?
As part of our service, at the end of each project we have a professional cleaner who comes in and cleans the areas we have worked on.
